If you are looking to get your house, fence, deck, bricks, walkway, driveway, dumpster pad or anything else power washed we are the ones to call. As a college student majoring in business management and entrepreneurship at the University of New Hampshire, I knew how important it was to start a business that would benefit from my current skills and experience. That is how Stay Clean Power Washing was born. Stay Clean Power Washing now has been in business for 5 years and will take care of those difficult and dirty jobs for you!
We are fully accredited by the Better Business Bureau. We guarantee fantastic results and work hard to restore surfaces to “like new”. We are professional, experienced, fully insured, and dedicated to keeping our customers satisfied; all for a reasonable price.
When deciding which power washing company to hire, just make sure to keep in mind that Stay Clean Power Washing soft washes houses and prides itself on customer satisfaction, attention to detail, and going above and beyond. If we come across something that needs Power washing/cleaning while we are cleaning, we will always take the extra time to do it. As a small business we only clean one house a day so that we can make sure to take all of the time necessary to complete a house cleaning properly to guarantee customer satisfaction.
Pressure washing is the 1st and best method to insure that the existing coating of paint will last longer. It is also the best way to prepare for refinishing or painting. If you pressure wash annually, you will extend the life of your paint by at least 3 years, and often a paint job can last 10 years. It is much less expensive to pressure wash than to paint. Dirt, grime, mold and mildew can severely damage your buildings exterior and cause wood rot and premature fading. Regular pressure washing is the remedy.
Your plants and flower will not be affected by our procedure. We are careful to pre-spray plants and grass with water so any chemical will not soak in. We are constantly pressure washing around very impressive gardens and different types of delicate flowers. We have never had any problems with anything turning colors or such.
Pressure washing is more important today than ever before as pollutants from industry, atmosphere and combustion have increased the need. Regular cleaning not only enhances the appearance of buildings and prevents damage, but it also helps in delaying the need for expensive and time consuming restoration. Commercial buildings should always look their best. Customers often judge abilities and reputation based on the appearance of the buildings. Not only will your customers be impressed by a clean look, but it will also maintain the value of the investment.
A soft wash is the only method of cleaning that should be done on both a wooden and vinyl sided home. Soft washing uses a cleaning solution and the power of a concentrated hose to remove all of the dirt, mold and algae with some brush scrubbing in the more stained areas. Some companies use 3200 psi and up to clean homes, but that causes more damage then good. Hard pressure not only does not kill the mold and algae but it actually pushes water behind the vinyl or scars the wood, creating more mold and damage in later years.

“Spencer was easy to communicate with and schedule the appointment, he provided a detailed estimate and reasonable price. We have an older house with wood shingles, but reassured with the soft wash they use we would not have any issues. The house and roof are now clean and free from any buildup – incident free! He followed up with a phone call to confirm the job was complete and any areas to highlight. Would use them again and recommend to others!”
“Stay Clean Power Washing is excellent at what they do. I had them soft wash my roof in May of 2018. When the work was done, they explained that the soft wash is not going to damage the roof, where traditional power washing can. They also explained that their process uses safe chemicals to kill moss and other growth slowly, maintaining the integrity of your roof and decreasing the likelihood that these growths will return. When they explained it could take up to 6 months for full removal, I was a little skeptical. However, I now could not be more of a believer. I had a significant amount of moss on my roof and three months later it is almost completely gone!”
“I highly recommend this company for your power wash needs. I was very pleased not only with the results of the cleaning but very impressed with how Spencer carries out his business. He is extremely professional and courteous and prompt and answers questions thoroughly. I will be sure to recommend his company to anyone who needs these services. I was referred to him by another very happy customer of his.”
